The Digital Sovereignty Alliance (DSA) is a nonprofit social welfare organization committed to advocating for public policies that support ethical innovation in decentralized technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, and artificial intelligence.

DSA conducts research, organizes educational events, and promotes policies that prioritize public welfare and digital sovereignty.

Adrian Wall

Managing Director / Senior Lobbyist

Adrian Wall is an educator, author, public speaker, and seasoned business leader with substantial expertise in Web3 technologies, asset management, corporate governance, blockchain risk mitigation, and the intersection of stablecoins with financial inclusion. As Managing Director of DSA, Adrian is responsible for setting the strategic vision, orchestrating global advocacy and lobbying initiatives, and overseeing operational execution. He regularly authors influential white papers and research reports on Web3 innovations and public policy. Adrian also spearheads DSA's Learning Team tasked with designing and delivering educational content to a diverse audience, including Capitol Hill legislators and staffers, industry professionals, and university-affiliated educators and students. Adrian has deep experience designing educational pedagogies through his time as an International Learning Committee member (2019-2024) and Officer Education Steering Committee Chair (2025-26) for the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Prior to joining DSA, Adrian was a founding partner at 7LS LPF, a Web3-focused multi-strategy fund with US$ 500 million AUM. Adrian is a graduate of Harvard College (AB Economics, cum laude, 2003) and was awarded the Harvard Kennedy School of Government Public Leadership Credential (2023).

Clinton Graham

Director

Clinton is a Managing Director and Lead Client Portfolio Manager at Wellington Management. He focuses on equities and alternative investments like venture capital where he specializes in areas such as fintech, AI, infrastructure, and thematic investing. Clinton is also a Co-Chair of the Black Business Network--Shades. He joined Wellington as an Investment Product Manager in Investment Products and Strategies Equity. Clinton received his A.B. cum laude in Economics from Harvard College and his M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Molly Woodman

Senior Policy Advisor

Molly Woodman is a policy and research analyst working to advance public policies that promote ethical innovation in decentralized technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, and AI. She has more than five years of federal experience in private sector engagement, interagency coordination, data management, and navigating complex political environments. Previously, Molly served as a Program and Data Analyst in the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Economic, Energy, and Business Affairs, supporting the Ukraine Business Facilitation Program and the Championing American Business through Diplomacy Act of 2019 (CABDA) annual report to Congress. She also worked as an Information Specialist in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs where she led data compliance initiatives, built dashboards, and delivered briefings and trainings. She received multiple awards related to the J-1 Visa Program (BridgeUSA). Molly holds a B.A. in Political Science and English and an M.A. in International Affairs (Security and Peace concentration) from Middle Tennessee State University.

Maghan Lusk

Executive Assistant

Maghan Lusk is an accomplished administrative professional with nine years of experience providing high-level support to C-level executives and partners in professional services firms. She previously worked in consulting, private equity, and wealth management where she excelled in assisting with strategy execution, project management, proactively managing complex calendars, and coordinating domestic and international travel. Her expertise extends to operations, where she has contributed to SOP, KPI, and guidance document development, recruitment and training, event planning, office administration, space planning, and desktop support and systems maintenance. Maghan is dedicated to empowering leadership and teams by fostering team building, encouraging solutions-focused communication, and implementing efficient internal systems that drive success. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Queens University of Charlotte.
